To attempt to publish something here, navigate to your personal folder and create a new document (e.g., News item). Then save it and the site administrator will have the opportunity to approve and publish the item. Go ahead. You can do it. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. The admin is only occasionally obnoxious... While it might be a bit obscure, be sure to select "Submit" for the state of the document you created and saved.
